How reliable are the AI answers?
Ask ATC offers AI-assisted guidance using site resources and, when enabled and available, retrieved public sources. Retrieved sources are not independent verification. Policies, prices, and availability can change; confirm important details with the responsible authority or provider.
Can I ask in my own language or share a screenshot?
Yes. The chat’s Auto setting follows your message, or you can choose a supported language. You can attach app screenshots for help understanding visible labels or navigation. Only share images you are comfortable sending to the AI, and leave out sensitive personal information.
Is AI assistance the same as Personal Support?
No. Ask ATC is automated AI assistance. Personal Support is optional, paid help from a person, with scope and availability confirmed before booking. Using the AI does not book or purchase a service.
Is the AI free to use?
The current chat does not require a payment. Usage limits apply. Personal Support services are paid separately.
